Pet Rent: $20/month per pet
Maximum Pets Allowed: Up to 3 per home
No Weight Restrictions: All sizes welcome!
Pet Deposit: $0 per pet (refundable with lease agreement fulfilled conditions)
Pet Fee: $200 per pet (non-refundable)

Some Breed Restrictions Apply. These include (but aren't limited to): Akita, Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman Pinscher, German Shepherd, Great Dane, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, Mastiff, Staffordshire Terrier, all wolf breeds, and any mixes of these. Final determination of breed eligibility is at management’s discretion.
